After 35 years of leadership in the manufacturing industry—including serving as an officer of a public company—Rich transformed his lifelong interest in personal finance into a second career devoted to helping others build financial independence.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Certified Retirement Counselor®, and IRS Enrolled Agent, Rich works with clients to bring clarity and efficiency to complex financial decisions. He specializes in integrating comprehensive financial planning with smart tax strategies, ensuring that every recommendation is tailored to each client’s unique goals.

Rich earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Philadelphia University and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University. He also holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses, along with insurance licenses in Life, Health, and Variable Annuities. Since 2016, he has been an Enrolled Agent—the highest credential awarded by the IRS to tax professionals.

In 2023, Rich founded FairTaxPlanning, LLC, a boutique tax planning and preparation firm built around personalized, tax-smart financial guidance.

Outside of work, Rich enjoys golf, skiing, and kayaking, as well as time with his wife Jane and their family. Committed to his community, he serves as a trustee and board member of the Jewish Federation of New Hampshire and is an active member of Temple Israel in Portsmouth.
